Athletic training

Once a week athletic training, coordinated by a precise analysis of the athlete in the areas of speed, agility and cognitive intelligence.

3 times a week strength and fitness training. Takes place in the newly established FitX Mainz.

Im Einzeltraining passen wir das Training auf Deine Bedürfnisse an. In 75 Minuten fordert und fördert Dich dein Coach und bringt Dich damit auf die nächste Leistungsstufe. Moderne Trainingsinhalte sowie exklusives Trainingsequipment sorgen für den nächsten Push. Das Einzeltraining ist die optimale Ergänzung zu Deinem Teamtraining.
