Individual training
In addition to training in the clubs, individual training is an important component for aspiring footballers to train effectively and position-related in a targeted manner in order to refine strengths or reduce deficits. On the basis of a detailed video analysis, which reveals the strengths and deficits of the player, an individual, position-related training plan is created, which is then implemented with the player. In our training, emphasis is placed on the individuality of the players and individual training with our experienced coaches improves all skills to be more successful in football.
The individual training is aimed at players aged 8-21 years.
Training dates can be arranged flexibly.

10 card - 900 €
Power training
The PowerTraining is aimed at players who want to get the most out of themselves.
It is the combination of strength, technique, coordination and quick action.
In this training you use your MAXIMUM performance and you will be pushed to your limits. You will learn to achieve maximum performance under high pressure. High repetitions give you the lead over your opponents.
Admission to power training only takes place after a trial training session, so that we are sure that the participant fits into the program.
Every participant in power training receives a Nike starter package.
The duration of the contract is at least 12 months and the training units mainly take place in the FA Court.
